Sicherstellung der umsatzsteuerlichen Deklaration und Einhaltung von Vorschriften in Deutschland und mehreren EU-Ländern – in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Steuerberatern
Steuerliche Begleitung grenzüberschreitender Warenbewegungen und korrekter Nutzung von Steuernummern
Betreuung von Unternehmenssteuer- und Verrechnungspreisfragen gemäß nationalem Recht und OECD-Richtlinien
Koordination von steuerlichen Außenprüfungen sowie Kommunikation mit Finanzbehörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern
Beobachtung steuerrechtlicher Entwicklungen in der EU und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Beratung bei steuerlichen Themen rund um Lageranmietungen und Neugründungen von Tochtergesellschaften in Europa

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar; idealerweise mit Steuerberater- oder Wirtschaftsprüferqualifikation (z. B. ACCA, CTA)
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerberatung mit Schwerpunkt internationales Steuerrecht
Fundierte Kenntnisse im EU-Umsatzsteuerrecht und Erfahrung in der Koordination internationaler Steuerthemen
Sicher im Umgang mit Steuerprüfungen und Behördenkommunikation
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Steuer-Software und MS Office
Analytisches Denken, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

Ensuring VAT compliance and declarations in Germany and multiple EU countries in coordination with local tax advisors
Managing cross-border VAT topics, including correct tax number usage in bilateral transactions
Supporting corporate tax and transfer pricing matters in accordance with national and OECD regulations
Coordinating tax audits and liaising with tax authorities and external auditors
Monitoring EU tax law developments and deriving actionable recommendations
Providing tax guidance for warehouse rentals and the establishment of subsidiaries in Europe

Your profile

Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field; ideally with a tax advisor or auditor qualification (e.g., ACCA, CTA)
At least 5 years of professional experience in tax consulting with a focus on national and international tax law
Strong knowledge of EU VAT legislation and experience in managing international tax issues
Confident in handling tax audits and communicating with authorities
Proficient in tax software and MS Office
Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work style
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
