- Full responsibility for day-to-day accounts receivable operations
- Issuing and posting outgoing invoices
- Monitoring open items and managing dunning processes
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting monthly and annual financial statement preparation
- Contributing to process improvements in receivables management
- Assisting with factoring processes and their administration

Your profile
- Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounts receivable
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP experience (FI/SD modules) is an advantage and will be given preference
- Analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
