Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Abstimmung und Pflege der Kreditorenkonten
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten sowie mit internen Fachabteilungen zur Klärung offener Sachverhalte
Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
Pflege und Optimierung kreditorischer Prozesse im SAP-System (Modul FI)
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen zur Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der Kreditorenprozesse

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Finanzwesen
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen oder internationalen Umfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel
Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP FI ist wünschenswert und wird bevorzugt
Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

Your mission

Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices
Executing payment runs and reconciling accounts payable ledgers
Communicating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns
Maintaining and optimizing accounts payable processes within SAP (FI module)
Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Collaborating closely with other departments to improve and further develop accounts payable processes

Your profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualifications in accounting or finance
At least 2 years of professional experience in accounts payable, preferably in a mid-sized or international environment
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Practical experience with SAP FI is a plus and will be given preference
Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
