- Responsible for the operational HR support of a defined employee group – from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensuring smooth and legally compliant HR administration (contracts, certificates, maintenance of employee master data)
- Independent execution and support of payroll processes in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Handling and coordination of visa, residence permit, and work authorization matters for international employees
- Documentation of all relevant HR activities and ensuring data quality within HR systems
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces (e.g., Finance, Legal, Recruiting) as well as external authorities and service providers

- Experience dealing with visa and labor law topics in an international environment is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong service orientation, discretion, and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Chinese language skills are a plus
